The service is great, good communication, fast, fair. They go out of their way to explain the diagnostics and what they are proposing to fix. I’ll keep bringing my Mercedes here for regular and one off service needs.

One of the best qualities of any service business is paying attention to their clients’ needs and being proactive about fulfilling them. I had mentioned a couple of issue last time I was in and within a few days, Greg called to confirm that I wanted to get those things done now and then ordered the parts. A couple of days after that, he called to tell me the parts were in and scheduled an appointment and I got in and was on my way in no time flat. Laser focus on clients and making everything easy is what sets Pete’s apart.
