I Went to Pete's almost 3 weeks ago after failing to find Mercedes Shop other than the dealer to work on my car.. after reading the reviews I decide to pay them a visit and it was worth it , the Guys there are very pro and the know what they doing ..and Mario was very good treat you right from the moment you set a foot in their shop..their prices a bit pricey but you get what you paying for first class service one trip it does it all for you ..at the end I highly recommend Pete's for everyone with confident 5 stars in my book.. so go with confident and you will feel and see the difference .

still saving my butt... thanks again mario! i was going on a trip out of town with my 1971 220d for a long weekend and took it in for a quick check up. my brakes had been noisy for some time but i just assumed it was brake dust. mario not only took me in last minute before my trip but the guys took a look at my brakes and said i definitely needed new brakes... immediately. yikes. i was freaking out about canceling my trip or finding a rental car, but he called me back and said they would do the work that same morning, so that i could take my car. not only did they do a great job but the guys were able to find spare parts to save me some money. these guys are great, go see them!

I recently moved into the area and stopped by Pete's after work today to see if the above-the-door chrome moulding on my BMW 330i which had become loose over the past few months, could be fixed. Greg, the owner, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating and quickly fixed the problem with some top-of-the-line German putty, at no charge! He saved me time and money from having to replace the entire moulding. What a great guy! This shop will definitely be my go-to for oil service and other car issues from now on.

Pete's saved the day for me... again!! I was on my way to see my husband in the hospital when I noticed something with 2 wires trailing out of the back side of my car. I taped it up with gorilla tape and limped into Pete's......where there already was a garage full of cars, waiting to be fixed. Knowing I couldn't get on the highway with my gorilla-taped car, Mario said they'd check it out and let me know if and when it could be fixed. One hour later, Mario called and said I could pick it up. It wasn't a big job, but they knew I would have to cancel my trip to the hospital, so they made it possible for me to go. I love Pete's.... What a great group of guys!! Thank you!

I came in for 2 batteries for my BMW 850. The price was very competive and I was able to schedule and wait for the service. I was impressed enough with the service that I bought the shop!

Pete’s seems less like a neighborhood garage and more like a luxury car dealer's service department because of the service manager, Mario. He is like the service advisor at a dealer, only more straightforward, knowledgeable and offers more options and suggestions. Pete's is a godsend for bay area BMW owners.

My 1998 Mercedes E300 Turbo Diesel wouldn't start on a Friday morning on California Street parked in a street cleaning no parking zone. I called Pete's at 7:20 AM and Mario said they would get on it when AAA towed it in. Kevin diagnosed an electronic K40 relay fix which got me going again that afternoon. Then Easter morning it wouldn't start again due to another problem. Got it towed in on Monday and Kevin spent a bunch more time analyzing the fuel system replacing the fuel filter and bleeding the air out of the lines which is crucial for a diesel. They wouldn't release the car until they were assured it was OK. They were more than fair on the bill considering the time analyzing the tricky turbo diesel issues on an 18 year old Benz with 183,000 miles. Drove to Tahoe last weekend up Highway 80 in the mountains and it ran like a new car getting 35 MPG. Thank you Pete's for the great service.

I have a Mini and this is an lower-priced and more convenient place to take my car. So glad I found Pete's!
