Pete's has been great! When I decided to buy a smart car, I was surprised (but then somehow not TOO surprised) that not every mechanic works on smart cars- and mine didn't! I did some research on the internet and found Pete's. Besides being within walking distance to where I live (so important!) they were also friendly and quickly available to do a health check for the car that I wanted to buy. Since then I have brought her in for 2 services and they were timely in completing the job and seemed reasonable enough in price. I recommend them :)

Pete's changed the battery on my Mini Cooper and Greg gave me a pre-service estimate. The work was done on time and at the quoted price.
When I thought I couldn't get another key for my SL 500, they got me a new one even though the dealership said it was not possible. They always come through with flying colors!! Excellent service.
