I had great service as usual, I have been coming here for 15 years and now under new management the great service has not changed

Greg: we were traveling through the area anx felt ripped off with such a high diagnostic fee when we had told them exactly what we wanted fixed and what was wrong (exactly what parts needed to be replaced which was exactly what they did replace). when we asked about it they said part of the diagnostic fee was to fill up the windshield wiper fluid, change the key fob battery and another small thing. I’m not sure why this shop used to get such good reviews? Did the management change? Or are they taking advantage of people a little based on their good reviews from the past? Wake up guys and stop overcharging!

Well, I don't know what to say as I don't know who this is or what it is about. What I can say is if a customer asks us to change a part because they believe it to be faulty we do and there is no diagnosis fee unless they want us to confirm your their diagnosis which we typically do recommend as often their diagnosis is incorrect. Washer fluid and key fob battery would have been asked for unless we were performing a service. Saffron, if you would like to discuss this I'm here, but at this point it doesn't make much sense to me. Please provide some detail.

These guys are special! They seemed genuinely concerned about the dent in my brand new car and went out of their way to attempt to rectify, saving me money! In other words, they were more concerned about helping me, rather than helping themselves to more business!… A rare trait! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Thank you so much for very fast and high quality work on fixing my car! I called about the electronics problem with my SmartForTwo 2008. We scheduled an appoitment in a week from my call, and the car was ready for pick up by the end of the same day. This place has honest prices and excellent costumer service. Definitely recommend Pete's Inc. and I will be coming there for more services myself too. Thank you again!

The 550SL was due for a B service. The work was completed along with a few additional requests, efficiently and satisfactorily. Greg is thoughtful and listens carefully to issues related to the car. He is also a very personable soul who establishes a warm working alliance with the customer. His personal touch makes me feel like returning to Pete's, the Mercedes shop which is as good as it gets - in fact, a bit better than it gets! 5+ Stars!
