Tried Pete's for the first time yesterday and it was great! Easy appointment scheduling online (was able to book an appointment within 1-2 days), car was serviced quickly, communication around the service and the status of the car was detailed and it was ready on time. Friendly, nice staff/ management -- they are my new go-to!

I won’t trust my baby Benz with anyone else. The diagnostics and service has been spot on. The parts used are genuine Mercedes-Benz components. There is a 20-30% markup on parts, which seems far as they must order and maintain a stock of parts. The technicians are knowledgeable and unquestionably experienced in servicing older model Mercedes-Benz like mine. The labor costs are probably between $140-$150 per hour, which is about what I’d expect for qualified Mercedes technicians. All the service they have recommended and preformed has been essential. They aren’t recommending unnecessary procedures. Honest and professional service.
