Tried to do a service that was neither asked for or needed. Not confident they really solved the problem. Waaay overpriced. Cannot recommend.

Joanna, I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with our recommendation to service your car. This is what the car told us and we relayed to your husband. You have the picture of the car indicating service is overdue. As per your request, we did not perform the routine service nor charge you as you requested. However, your car still does need a service.

I was pleased with my first visit to Pete’s to have my BMW serviced. I had an appointment for 8:00 am and was able to get the car back that day. They didn’t have a certain part and made sure they got it that day to finish the work so I could have the car back that afternoon. Their pricing is good compared to the Dealerships . Mario, Greg and others were always pleasant and business like. If the needs come up, I would definitely take my car back to Pete’s.

OMG Color me THRILLED! I was overjoyed with the friendliness and the honesty. I was expecting to pay far more than I did and i drove home smiling. Thanks so much for having such great integrity... it's rare these days.

Amazing work on my 1965 230SL I could not be happier with the work perform, the attention to detail. The car is almost 60 year old : and work like a brand new car !! I’m very impressed. Thanks a lot :

This was a disressing interaction. Brought the car in at the appointed time for an AC fix. Mario at the front desk took my key and it was immediately questionable business practice of having me electronally sign BEFORE showing me the estimate. Since there is trust initially extended had him email the authorization. Only after I got home a few minutes later my wife noticed an oil change as part of the service. In no way did I authorize or (or need)was even made aware of this. I called back and was told it was good as they were just about to begin. When I went back there was no acknowledgement of the oil change mistake other than 'declined' by customer.' $476 just for an AC recharge is way too much even for SF. Since the AC was off I do not know if they even tried it. It appears they did the absolute minimum. And no where was their new customer $50 discount listed on the receipt. Over priced and dubious business practices. To say the least, we will NOT be returning!
