I thought I had a very serious engine problem, but it was quickly diagnosed as a catalytic converter that had to be replaced. Mario suggested a rebuilt replacement and it was quickly fixed and my 2000 Mercedes E320 was back on the road. I always feel confidant that I am in good hands with Mario and the team at Pete's.

Tried to do a service that was neither asked for or needed. Not confident they really solved the problem. Waaay overpriced. Cannot recommend.

Joanna, I'm sorry you are dissatisfied with our recommendation to service your car. This is what the car told us and we relayed to your husband. You have the picture of the car indicating service is overdue. As per your request, we did not perform the routine service nor charge you as you requested. However, your car still does need a service.
