Being a MINI owner has its ups & downs. Having no authorized dealer in San Francisco is also frustrating. But having discovered Pete's is an answer to my prayers. Such a pleasant experience upon first walking in to meet Mario. Confident that they knew how to work on MINI's even though outnumbered by many other European cars in the stalls. Very clean garage, clear quote, follow up by phone & Email, good prices, fixed minor problems for free. Even washed my car. Very happy with my service. Much more personal than the authorized dealer. Like I said, an answer to my prayers to have a local San Francisco place I can count on.
