They were professional honest and reasonably priced. I was given my options in detail, and I felt confident about leaving my car with them. They went out of their way to subcontract out some of the work because I wanted my rims done as well. They were great every time I talk to them, everyone I came in contact with their was professional and Knowledgeable. I will definitely be a return customer.

It's always a challenge to get a 33 year old Mercedes serviced and repaired in San Francisco or anywhere else. If you have a problem with your car and many other repair shops have tried unsuccessfully to fix it, look no further because you've found the right guy. I'm talking about Greg Arkus, the owner of Pete's, Inc. and his team at 1745 Clay Street in San Francisco. I got an appointment on short notice, brought the car in in the morning and was done that evening. I feel they still have excellent and knowledgeable mechanics (old school) who know their job like no other. I highly recommend Pete's Inc.

I can't add anything more to what has already been said. The personal service, the professionalism, the quality of work--everything I would want in an auto service and more. Greg is so affable and personable that I almost don't mind spending money on service or repairs--and I can assure you I'm paying a lot less than when I was going to MB of SF. MB of SF did me a service by moving out of town--it caused me to seek out a local mechanic, and Pete's came highly recommended by members of the MBCA.

I’ve always been given excellent advice and care at Pete’s. I drive an older model Mercedes (‘84 300CD) and they’ve been really helpful in maintaining service, replacing parts, and helping me save money whenever possible. Couldn’t recommend them fast enough to anybody in need of their services.

Greg and his team are so helpful and have cared for my car, an SL 500 for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service. They keep you updated and explain what is needed to keep your vehicle in good working order.
