"Lady in Red" coming up the hill from dogs' vet from VCA. Car shut down on Van Ness/Market -Thu 6 Mar 2019. Restarted & completely on Polk/Pacific (6pm) now. Raining, rush hr traffic, dogs in car @ a corner where 19 Polk bus coming down. AAA called-will be there in 15 min (seems like forever) AAA-Frank calls & cannot see my car. He was @ Pacific/Diviserado??? It is now about 640p. He arrives in a flatbed which held up traffic till car was loaded. Got dogs to my house. Now what to do with dead car. Told him Pete's closed @ 6pm. It is now 7pm. He said to give it a try to see if there is a safe spot to park car till next day. Arrived. Light was still on & gate unlocked. John was still there. Prayers answered. Car was picked up on Fri 3.22.19. She has been there for several wks. Thanks to Kevin for his awesome work to keep her functioning=even get her upgraded to an electronical start system. Let's hope she can live another 50 yrs. Mario, thanks for keeping me updated. This "Lady in Red" is getting pricey but she is worth it to see her around for the many yrs Pete's Mercedes has taken great care of her. Sincere thanks. -Evelyn Fung Carlon-

I like taking my car to Pete's: They tell you only what you need and do a good job of completing it all in a cheerful and timely manner. They talk with you so you know possible options and what's happening. It's certainly not as pricey as at the dealer's, but these luxury cars and their care, "don't come cheap"!

Always so easy and pleasant getting my car fixed and serviced at Pete's! Easy to make appointments, great service, trustworthy and knowledgeable team...I love the garage too, so clean and fun with the awesome music always playing! :)
